At Martec Engineering we employ a wide range of people in a variety of roles, from fabricators and painters to production planning experts and designers.

Martec's main aim is to delight our customers, and our people play a key role in helping us fulfill this.  Investing in technology and machinery is worthless without investing the same in our people.

We  provide our workforce of skilled craftspeople with the resources and support to allow them to develop their skills and ideas and improve the products and services we pride ourselves in delivering on. 

In short, Martec is a learning organisation who actively foster and grow ideas.

Martec is currently home to some of the most skilled metal fabrication workers in Scotland and what's more, we have an uncommonly low turnover of staff - when people join us, they stay with us.
