Contract Extension Equals £1M Contract for Martec Engineering

Martec Engineering has been granted an anticipated £1M extension to their security door term contract with North Lanarkshire Council.

The contract is to design, manufacture, install and provide aftercare for communal entry security doors across North Lanarkshire.  Martec Engineering will continue work as the main contractor on this project, managing sub-contractors and the co-ordination of various trades during the installation stage of each door.

Since 2004, the contract has been worth over £5m to Martec Engineering, who have, over the last 2 years installed approximately hundreds of doors of varying sizes and designs.

Martec Engineering is delighted to move on to the next stage of the contact and will continue to work closely with North Lanarkshire Council to improve security in houses and flats across the area.
