Martec Engineering have a dedicated team of skilled repair operatives who undertake both planned and reactive maintenance for our Public Sector and Social Housing Clients

We have a fleet of specially equipped repair vans which ensure we are prepared and responsive to our client’s needs. Our operatives are experienced and accredited to work in live environments. All hold CSCS cards, carry photographic identification and wear full Martec branded uniforms.

Our repairs and maintenance line provides clients with an efficient means of reporting emergencies, faults and vandalism.

Warranty

All security doors in the Martec Engineering range have a standard 12 month warranty on all moving parts and 5 year warranty for powder coated finishes.  Extended warranties are available. A marine powder coated finish is also available on request, useful for coastal areas.

• Quarterly visit to review security doors
• Clean, inspect and adjustment of security doors
• Quarterly reporting of necessary repairs
• Repairs conducted within 48 hours of inspection
• Repair parts will be charged separately

Silver

• 6 monthly visit to review doors
• Clean inspect and adjustment of security doors
• 6 monthly reporting of necessary repairs
• Repairs conducted within 1 working week of inspection
• Repair parts will be charged separately

Bronze

• Annual visit to review security doors
• Clean, inspect and adjustment of security doors
• Annual reporting of necessary repairs
• Repairs conducted within 2 working weeks of inspection
• Repair parts will be charged separately
